Terms of Service

PAYMENT
◈ I take $10 Discord Nitro or $10 dollars worth of Robux (which is about 700 ) type of commission.

◈ I will send you a rough sketch for revision check. Once approved, I will notify you in around 1-2 weeks, or when the full drawing is completed. Then, you pay first, I will send you the finished drawing in DMs.◈ Additional changes to the canvas will NOT cost extra, as well as rushing a commission.◈ Prices are equal regarding commission type, but I will try to put in the same amount of hard effort on it.◈ Payment is not forced to be upfront until the commission is finished.◈ Discounts are applied to regular patrons and close friends.BEFORE THE COMMISSION
◈ Through the link in this Carrd shall lead you to the Google Forms page, where you can fill it up so that I am able to understand your request further.Then, I shall send you a DM to your linked social profile so that we can discuss it further. Or you can send the message first, whichever order is okay.◈ You can also skip the Google Form step completely if you want to discuss the commission with me directly on Discord.◈ Please make sure that the reference of your character(s), or the subject of your drawing is coherent enough for me to understand.◈ Revisions are limitless. You can give me quality feedback anytime you wish. However, no more revisions will be processed when I get to render the artwork. I will send you a confirmation stating something along the lines of: "Are there anything that needs to be fixed?" And once your answer is clear that there isn't, I will not accept revisions, unless it is a minor detail.◈ By agreeing to commission me and willing to pay me, I will assume you automatically accept my Terms of Service page. Failing to do so, I will decline the commission.◈ In addition, I have the right to decline to work on a commission if I'm not comfortable to work with it, or:
1. It is something that I have difficulty drawing in.
2. It benched something in my Terms of Service guidelines.Please be assured that I won't quit midway and would only do this at the beginning, if it actually has something that I would decline.THE COMMISSION IN QUESTION
◈ A rough sketch would arrive to you. Once it has been approved, I will continue to work with it until it is finished.
◈ The commission will not be quick. Please understand that I am not a fast artist.

◈ If the quality did not satisfy you, please ask me to send via email. I usually work on big canvases and mostly the site's limitations on file size is a jerk.
◈ My style of shading, coloring and line art size is very inconsistent, do tell me which style you like more if you wanted to be specific.RIGHTS OF USAGE
◈ Only you will have the no watermarked version of the drawing.
◈ You have permission to use my artwork for personal uses like profile picture, banner, background. Crediting is optional.
◈ However, you cannot resell my art or sell it as an adopt (if the commission was a Reference) unless said so or with approval.
◈ You cannot directly trace from my art.
◈ You cannot claim that my artwork is yours by slapping your watermark on it.PROFICIENCY
You are more guaranteed to have a better quality of a commission if your topic of interest falls into one of the following:
◈ Murder Drones or any robotic themed characters.
◈ Demonic characters.
◈ Gore artwork.
◈ Dark lightning.
